Is the bottle BPA-free?

Yes our products are BPA-free and food-safe, you don't have to worry about any harmful chemicals getting into your drinkware content.

How does the temperature display on the lid work?

With a simple touch or slide on the top of the screen our bottle will display the temperature of the content inside, although results may vary depending on the temperature sensor, which is also affected by external factors. Various tests have been performed and the results are very accurate.

What materials is the bottle made of?

Our bottles are made from Stainless Steel 304. It can withstand corrosion from most oxidizing acids. That durability makes 304 easy to sanitize, and therefore ideal for kitchen and food applications.

Is the temperature display waterproof?

Yes, the temperature display is waterproof so you don't have to worry about any leakage going into the electronics, feel free to wash thoroughly.

Does the bottle work for both hot and cold beverages?

Yes, our thermal bottle is perfect for both hot and cold beverages. The double-walled stainless steel insulation helps keep drinks hot or cold. The temperature display on the lid allows you to check the drink’s temperature at any time. Whether it's coffee, tea, or ice-cold water, your drink stays just the way you like it!

Can I put the bottle in the freezer or microwave?

No, we do not recommend putting the bottle in the freezer or microwave. The stainless steel construction can be damaged in extreme cold, and metal should never be placed in a microwave. For cold drinks, simply add ice cubes instead of freezing the bottle. Also keep in mind that the electronics can be damaged if exposed to such extreme conditions, like the freezer and microwave.

Can I personalize or engrave my bottle?

If you plan on having a personalized bottle or engrave your clutch bottle, feel free to contact us so we can discuss about it. We do plan in a near future to have a customizable bottle page where you can use our website to do your own design and engraving, don't forget to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about this!

Does the stainless steel interior affect the taste of drinks?

No, the stainless steel interior does not affect the taste of your drinks. Our bottles are made from high-quality, food-grade stainless steel that is non-reactive and BPA-free, ensuring your beverages taste just the way they should.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

The shipping time may vary, we do have an estimate of 5-12 days depending on your location and external factors like delays, you can also use the "TRACKING" tab to monitor your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship our products to europe, although, we aim to expand our business to worldwide shipping, if you live outside of europe and you want to purchase one our products, contact us!

What should I do if my bottle arrives damaged?

If your bottle arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on our return policy. Your satisfaction is our priority!
